1. Where are your products sourced from?

Our products are sourced from manufacturers which maintain the highest quality, from countries like the USA, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Belarus, just to name a few.

2. Do you have a retail shop?

Unfortunately, we do not have a retail shop at this current point in time and solely operate online.

3. I would like to view your items first before purchasing. How can I do that?

Please contact us at info@watchcare.sg to arrange for a private meetup session to view our products.

4. Do you ship overseas?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore but will look to expand into other regions in the future. If you are based elsewhere and would like to purchase our products, kindly drop us a note at info@watchcare.sg.

5. How long can I expect my order to arrive?

At Watch Care, prompt delivery is of utmost importance to us. We aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days or earlier.

6. What if an item is out of stock? Will you restock them?

Yes, we will restock items that are out of stock. However, do note that some of our items are limited in quantity and once sold out, it is likely gone forever. 

Should you wish to get updates in case a particular item is restocked, do kindly join our wait list and we will inform you once it is available.
