Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We regret to inform you that we do not accept refunds at this point in time.

However, we have a 7-days return and exchange policy for products that are deemed to be defective, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return and exchange. 

To start a return and exchange, please contact us at info@watchcare.sg. If your return and exchange are accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will process the return and exchange once your package has arrived at our facility. Please note that this may take a few business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Rest assured that we conduct stringent checks on all items before shipping it out to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for WristClean watch sprays. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
